Ajimobi introduce scheme to poor student

GOVERNOR Abiola Ajimobi, during a recent programme at the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS), told the people of the state how he took a loan from the United States government to pay his tuition fees when he was in the university. This was good news coming from the governor. The United States government should be commended for introducing a system whereby students obtain loans to fund their education and then pay up after graduating. There are many youths in secondary school and universities whose parents cannot afford to pay their tuition fees. Some have even left school. The ‘one million boys’ who are terrorising Oyo State probably had no means to go to school. I want to urge Senator Ajimobi to introduce the loan system for needy students.
