Natural history museum crash not terror related

A crash outside a London museum that injured 11 people was not terror-related, police say. A black Toyota Prius hit the people outside the Natural History Museum in Exhibition Road, South Kensington. The Metropolitan Police earlier said one person had been arrested and video footage that emerged on Twitter showed a man being restrained on the ground. An update from the force later said the incident was being treated as "a road traffic collision". London Ambulance said the people it treated - including the detained man - had mostly sustained head and leg injuries. Nine were taken to hospital. The Met said none of the injuries were believed to be life-threatening or life changing. The man is being held in custody at a north London police station. Grammy Award- winning rapper Nelly was arrested Saturday after a woman accused him of raping her in his tour bus , police in the northwestern state of Washington said . Just before 4 am local time a woman called the emergency 911 line “to report that she was sexually assaulted by a male , who is known as the rapper ‘Nelly ,'” police in Auburn , Washington said . After police investigated the incident , “at 4:37am Nelly was taken into custody and booked ” at the local jail , the police statement read . The alleged assault reportedly took place on the tour bus hours after Nelly had performed at the White River Amphitheater just east of Auburn . A lawyer for Nelly vehemently denied the charges . Tstv to begin commercial operation on Nov . 1 Telcomm Satellite TV says its newly inaugurated pay TV , TSTV Africa , will begin commercial operation on Nov . 1 . Its Managing Director , Mr Bright Echefu, made this known while briefing journalists on Saturday in Abuja . Echefu added that TSTV would launch its services with about one million decoders nationwide .
